“Really happy with this sleep mask. It’s nice and soft and very comfortable. Plus (and I don’t know if this is just coincidental) I’m having much more vivid dreams since I started to use it and I can control what happens more in them, which should be handy if I get a nightmare! I know sleeping in a pitch black room is meant to have health benefits and this mask does knock out all of the light. I’d definitely recommend it and I’ll be buying more.
